RIPPA Warranty & Service Policy

This page explains how warranty and service support works when you purchase a RIPPA machine through Joyful Group Ltd. It reflects both the RIPPA manufacturer warranty and our obligations to you as your local authorized dealer.


We Are Your Primary Point of Contact


We handle the claims process following RIPPA and G&J Equipment’s (RIPPA's national distribution partner) official warranty procedures.


Our Role as Your Dealer


When you buy a RIPPA machine from Joyful Group:

  • We are your first and primary contact for warranty and service matters
  • We assist you in assessing issues, gathering documentation, and submitting claims
  • We communicate directly with our distribution partner, G&J Equipment / RIPPA on your behalf
  • We ensure claims are handled accurately, professionally, and according to policy
  • We do not approve warranty claims ourselves and cannot bypass the process


All warranty decisions ultimately rest with G&J Equipment or a G&J/RIPPA-authorized service center, as required by RIPPA.


RIPPA Manufacturer Warranty Coverage


RIPPA provides up to 3 year non-wear parts warranty depending on the model.


Warranty Term by Model:


RIPPA ECO Models

  • Manufacturer warranty: 2 years
  • Coverage applies only to manufacturer defects


RIPPA PRO Models

  • Manufacturer warranty: 3 years
  • Coverage applies only to manufacturer defects


Covered failures are limited to:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faulty materials
  • Defective factory workmanship


Older “New” Machines (Invoice-Date Clause)


If a machine is an older model sold as new, RIPPA may reduce coverage based on the original invoice date:

  • ECO models: up to 1 year from invoice date
  • PRO models: up to 2 years from invoice date


Coverage eligibility is confirmed by Joyful Group and G&J Equipment using the machine’s serial number during registration or claim review.


What the RIPPA Warranty Covers


If a defect is confirmed and approved:

  • Replacement parts (new or remanufactured) are supplied at no cost
  • Labour is covered only when pre-approved and performed by:
  • G&J Equipment, or
  • A G&J/RIPPA-authorized service center
  • An approved third party (case-by-case)


Joyful Group cannot authorize labour, repairs, refunds, or replacements without written approval.


Unauthorized repairs may void coverage.


Parts Supply & Shipping


Many parts are warehoused here in Canada for prompt warranty resolution and convenience of your ongoing maintenance needs.


When a warranty claim is approved:

  • Parts may be shipped directly to you or to Joyful Group as appropriate
  • Shipping method depends on availability and urgency


Customers are never charged for parts covered under the RIPPA manufacturer warranty.


What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover failures caused by:

  • Improper use or misuse
  • Accidents, impacts, tipping, flooding, or environmental exposure
  • Lack of required maintenance
  • Incorrect fluids, fuel, or non-approved aftermarket parts


Wear items are not covered, including:

  • Filters
  • Rubber tracks or tires
  • Bushings, seals, pins
  • Belts
  • Cosmetic components


The warranty also does not cover:

  • Transport to service facilities
  • Mobile technician travel costs
  • Downtime, rentals, or lost revenue


Customer Maintenance Requirements


To keep warranty coverage valid, customers must:

  • Follow all maintenance schedules in the operator’s manual
  • Use correct fluids and replacement filters
  • Keep maintenance records (logs with details of maintenance work performed along with related receipts, dates and machine hours at time of service)
  • Stop operating the machine immediately if a serious issue occurs


Failure to maintain the machine may result in denial of a warranty claim.


Warranty Claim Process


If you believe you have a warranty issue:


Contact Joyful Group Ltd. immediately at warranty@joyfulgroup.ca

We will collect and submit the required information, including:

  • Model and serial number
  • Current Machine hours
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos and/or video evidence
  • Copies of maintenance logs


The claim process may request further documentation. If approved, parts and repair direction are issued.


All claims must be approved before repairs begin.

No third-party approvals are accepted.

Manufacturer Warranty Contact (Approval Authority)

Warranty approvals are handled through Joyful Group and our national distributor, G&J Equipment.


GJ PRO Warranty (Optional Service Coverage)

The GJ PRO Warranty is an optional service add-on offered by Joyful Group that works alongside the RIPPA manufacturer warranty.


Important:
GJ PRO Service Warranty does
not expand manufacturer coverage and does not redefine what qualifies as a defect.

GJ PRO Service Coverage Term

  • ECO models: 1 year
  • PRO models: 2 years


Coverage begins at retail purchase unless otherwise stated in writing.


What GJ PRO Includes


When a repair is approved under the RIPPA warranty:

  • Approved warranty repair and installation performed by G&J or authorized party
  • Scheduling and claim support handled by Joyful Group
  • Standard repair workflow at G&J or authorized facilities (subject to inspection)

What GJ PRO Does Not Cover

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, GJ PRO does not cover:

  • Transportation costs
  • Mobile or field service travel
  • Wear items or consumables
  • Damage from misuse or lack of maintenance
  • Downtime, rentals, or lost revenue


Any non-covered costs are quoted before work proceeds.


Customer Responsibilities Under GJ PRO

To maintain coverage, customers must:

  • Follow all maintenance requirements
  • Use proper fluids and filters
  • Keep maintenance records
  • Stop operating the machine if serious issues arise
  • Deliver and collect the machine at G&J unless otherwise agreed


Failure to comply may result in denial of coverage.


Why This is More Than Just Another Warranty

Joyful Group is contractually required to:

  • Honour RIPPA warranty terms in full
  • Act as your primary warranty contact
  • Communicate warranty terms accurately at the point of sale
  • Never charge for covered warranty parts
  • Follow RIPPA and G&J Equipment’s official procedures without shortcuts


That protects both you and us ensuring we keep claims clean, fair, and defensible.
